Get-e, travel-tech company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to help elevate our customer care processes. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, learn from senior specialists, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction. 

Your Responsibilities:
  • Help organize and manage customer complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
  • Assist with account management tasks and portal queries.
