Your job
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work directly with our hotel partners and play a key role in bringing them successfully onto the Get-e platform for use with our airline clients. No two hotels are the same, so this role requires a tailored, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly.
You will combine a commercial mindset with a solid technical understanding to train hotels on Get-e technology and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. As the primary point of contact for your hotel suppliers, you will build strong, long-term relationships and help drive mutual success. You will report directly to the Head of Hotels and become part of a collaborative and growing Hotels team of around 10 people.
Your profile
• At least 3 years of experience in customer or supplier onboarding, technical implementations, or account management
• Confident in working directly with suppliers and independently leading presentations and training sessions
• Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Bonus: experience in aviation, hospitality, or travel technology
Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners
• Lead the onboarding of new hotel suppliers, including training on Get-e technology, administrative processes, and communication workflows
• Provide ongoing technical support and monitor daily hotel portal operations
• Collect partner feedback and collaborate with the IT team to drive continuous improvements
• Proactively manage supplier accounts to optimize performance and engagement
• Monitor hotel performance, resolve issues, and ensure consistent service quality
• Act as the key point of contact between hotel partners, Get-e Operations, and Get-e IT
