Talent Acquisition Intern (3–4 days per week)
Hoofddorp | €500 per month | Hybrid | 6 months
Are you eager to kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition? We’re looking for an intern who wants to learn everything about hiring processes, recruitment tools, and data-driven insights. No prior HR or recruitment experience is required—just curiosity, motivation, and the drive to learn. You’ll report directly to the Talent Acquisition Partner, gaining close guidance and exposure to all aspects of recruitment.
Your profile
What you’ll do- Connect with managers to understand hiring needs
- Post job openings on different platforms
- Screen CVs and schedule initial calls
- Book interviews with managers
- Analyze recruitment data and create insights and reports
- Work on continuous improvement projects in our recruitment department such as employee satisfaction/retention, onboarding/offboarding, GDPR and compliance, interviewing enhancement training
What you’ll learnWe’ll train you on:
- Our HR software (Personio)
- LinkedIn outreach
- Interview skills and recruitment best practices
By the end of your internship, you’ll be fully independent.
What we’re looking for- Strong communication skills in English (extra languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Motivated to learn about recruitment and HR
- Studying or studied an HR-related field
