Your profile
As a Hotel Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and managing hotel services for our global clients. This is a service-oriented position focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel suppliers to support our international accommodation needs. The tender process for hotel sourcing is complex and requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent planning. Each tender is different, so adaptability and a commercial mindset are essential.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for hotel suppliers and responsible for driving successful outcomes in contract negotiations and service delivery. You must be confident communicating with senior stakeholders, including General Managers and Sales Directors at hotels. Experience in sourcing or procurement of services is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and onboarding: Analyse requirements, identify and contract hotel partners, onboard new suppliers, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Contracting and negotiations: Lead contract discussions to ensure favourable terms and high-quality service standards.
Account management: Manage hotel supplier relationships globally, ensuring smooth multicultural collaboration and communication.
Process improvement: Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and internal processes.
Project execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of client hotel programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent planning and time management skills; able to work independently.
Adaptability to meet the needs of diverse tenders and service requests
Strong verbal and written communication in English; fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, or German is a plus.
Confident communicator with senior hotel stakeholders (e.g., GMs, Sales Directors).
Knowledge and experience in tender processes.
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or end-to-end commercial processes.
Relationship-builder and problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Experience with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in service procurement or sourcing.
