Your profile
As a Hotel Sourcing Specialist, you will be working hand in hand with the sales team on bids for global hotel accommodation tender contracts for our clients. The tender process is complex and time-consuming, requiring strong planning skills and strategic thinking. Each tender is unique, demanding flexibility and a commercial mindset. You will be the primary contact for our hotel suppliers, using your communication and analytical skills to build long-term relationships. With a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive service and revenue growth. In our ambitious company, your ownership and innovative ideas will enhance our business.
Responsibilities:- Sourcing and onboarding: establish baseline, analyse, contract, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing hotel suppliers
- Contracting and negotiations: engage in effective contracting and negotiations process to ensure favourable terms
- Global Account Management: manage hotel accounts globally, focusing on multicultural communication
- Collaboration and strategy: work closely with Sales and Operations Teams to obtain the best bids and operational processes
- Project Implementation: Act as the central link between sales and operations to ensure successful project execution
Skills:- Excellent planning skills, ability to work independently and manage tasks/schedules
- Flexibility to handle different tender requirements and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication in English, additional language (Spanish, Italian, French or German) is a big plus
- Experienced in working in an end-to-end commercial process. E.g. tender processes, procurement, or sales
- A team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and work towards common goals
- Skilled in building relationships, problem-solving and working in fast-paced environments
- Experience with programs like Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sourcing and procurement.
