Responsibilities
As a Business Developer at Get-e, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact through the following responsibilities:
  • Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end tender process, from initial bid assessment to contract finalization, ensuring compliance with standards and achieving the best terms.
  • Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiation processes to secure advantageous contract terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality.
  • Supplier Performance & Quality: Collaborate with teams to monitor supplier performance, gathering insights and client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Strategy: Work with sales, operations, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with broader company goals.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and build relationships with key suppliers to meet and exceed global demand requirements.
Your profile
We get excited if:
  • You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy strategizing to streamline tender processes.
  • Experience working with suppliers in international markets is a plus.
  • You have strong commercial skills, particularly in supplier negotiations, with a knack for relationship building.
  • You’re fluent in English, and additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German would be a great asset.
  • You bring new ideas to optimize processes and can work autonomously to make this role your own.
  • Experience with procurement or CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce is an advantage.
  • You have 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
