As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, your mission is twofold: to drive commercial success by enabling our Sales team with unbeatable supplier deals, and to ensure every partner we onboard meets the highest operational and compliance standards. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes deal-making, while never losing sight of the fact that supplier quality and risk management are critical to airline operations. You’ll be a key player in delivering value to both Get-e and our airline clients—profitably, reliably, and safely.

Responsibilities
As a Tender Specialist at Get-e, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact through the following responsibilities:
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure ground transport partners in global destinations to support airline crew transfer operations.
  • Build and maintain a supplier network that enables Get-e to win and scale airline contracts with pricing and coverage that outcompetes local and in-house procurement.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to design supply solutions that are fast, scalable, and revenue-generating.
  • Lead rate negotiations and contract structuring, consistently delivering below-market pricing while ensuring premium service levels.
  • Conduct robust due diligence on new suppliers—ensuring they meet legal, safety, insurance, and service quality criteria aligned with aviation industry expectations.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance through structured feedback, KPIs, and escalation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Finance, and Account Management to ensure successful integration and ongoing delivery.
Your profile
We get excited if:
  • 3–5 years of experience in supplier sourcing, commercial partnerships, or strategic sales, preferably in sectors like transport, aviation, logistics, or travel.
  • A proven track record of negotiating commercial agreements, ideally across international markets and fragmented supply landscapes.
  • A sharp eye for contractual and operational risk, and the discipline to ensure supplier due diligence is always complete and auditable.
  • This is not your textbook procurement role—we're looking for someone with commercial hunger, a sales-aligned mindset, and the confidence to build supply that drives business growth.
  • Fluent in English; bonus points for additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German).
  • Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint to efficiently create clear, well-structured reports, pricing overviews, and client proposals that are professionally presented for both internal teams and airline clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM or procurement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, and a structured approach to managing supplier pipelines and performance data.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset—you take initiative, work well independently, and thrive on driving results.
