As a Supplier Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our ground transportation partners, especially in Portuguese-speaking markets. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of 17 professionals who support each other as we grow our global supplier network. This role is about more than just managing supply, it’s about creating strategic partnerships that drive quality, innovation, and expansion.

Whether you’re onboarding a new provider, launching a new region, or optimizing performance, your ability to blend insight with action will make all the difference.

Your profile

What you’ll do

  • Own Your Region: Take responsibility for a portfolio of suppliers in Portuguese-speaking markets, ensuring high performance, quality, and availability.

  • Strengthen Partnerships: Build trust-based relationships with current and new partners: supporting their success with onboarding, training, and continuous engagement.

  • Drive Expansion: Lead the launch of new markets within your regions. You'll help shape our supplier footprint in both mature and emerging areas.

  • Negotiate & Optimize: Secure competitive rates and favourable terms while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and service standards.

  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor regional regulations and ensure all suppliers meet legal and contractual requirements.

  • Leverage Market Insights: Gather and analyse supplier and market intelligence to inform strategy, pricing, and partnership decisions.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role—supply-side account management, partnerships, procurement, or vendor relations.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

  • A proactive communicator who’s resilient, persuasive, and confident in deal-making.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and solid numerical skills.

  • Experience working across different cultures and international markets is a bonus.
