Your job
As a Finance Administrator, you will be part of the Hotels Team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing process. You will be responsible for monitoring and correcting invoices from suppliers to clients, communicating with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, and collaborating with the hotels team to streamline operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Invoice Review and Correction: 
  • Monitor incoming invoices from suppliers to ensure compliance with company guidelines and accuracy. 
  • Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies on invoices.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely review and processing of invoices.
Supplier Communication: 
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to address invoice issues or request corrections. 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers. 
Collaboration with multiple teams: 
  • Work closely with the hotels, accounting and operations teams to coordinate invoice processes and ensure a smooth experience for clients and suppliers. 
Administrative Support: 
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
Your profile
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to work independently and proactively. 
• Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Experience with invoicing systems or accounting software.
